What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
Note: These are estimates and business days are the time your items are in-transit only and do not include order processing time. Inclement weather and unforeseen carrier or transportation emergencies may delay your delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States at this time. We do not offer international shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and instructions. Shipping fees are non refundable.
